The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University has a system for developing a system of governance and governance that was developed to accommodate the entire process of Tri Dharma College activities as well as the administrative system that is run at the faculty level and other organizations below it. All organizations under the auspices of FK UNUD have duties and functions in accordance with the resources they have and are part of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of FK UNUD.
The Neurosurgery study program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University develops a system of governance and governance that is expected to be a reference for all processes and activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and administrative activities which will later be used as a reference so that activities within the study program can run effectively and efficiently. efficient. The governance system runs effectively through mutually agreed mechanisms, and can maintain and accommodate all elements, functions, and roles in the study program (PS). Governance is supported by an organizational culture which is reflected in the enforcement of rules, lecturer ethics, student ethics, employee ethics, reward and sanctions systems as well as service guidelines and procedures (administration, library, laboratory). The governance system (inputs, processes, outputs and results as well as the external environment that ensures the implementation of good governance) must be formulated, socialized, implemented, monitored and evaluated with clear rules and procedures.
The administration of the civil service system within the Neurosurgery study program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University refers to Government Regulation no. 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline, as well as regulations from the Chancellor of Udayana University regarding the ethics of lecturers, education staff and students of Udayana University.
The Coordinator of the Neurosurgery Study Program is the highest leader in the study program who is directly responsible to the Dean of FK UNUD. In carrying out his leadership, the Study Program coordinator is responsible for research, community service and education.
